The estimated delivery date indicates when your order is expected to arrive at your designated address. This date is calculated based on three key factors: the processing time (the period required for our team to produce, inspect, and prepare your items for shipment), the transit time (the typical duration your package spends in transit with the selected shipping carrier), and the order placement date.
The formula for calculating the estimated delivery date is as follows: Processing Time + Carrier Transit Time + 1 Day = Estimated Delivery Date
For example: If an item has a processing time of 1–3 days and your chosen shipping method has a transit time of 4–10 days, your estimated delivery date will be 5–13 days from the day you place your order.

We offer free UPS Ground shipping for all domestic orders (U.S. only).
Can Orders Be Delivered to Multiple Addresses?

- Request order cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges if you fail to contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Refunds take 2 business days to process, and the refunded amount will appear in your original payment account within 3–5 business days.
